"Marshall knows his stuff. If he doesn't come out early in the morning or ends up showing up in the evening keep in mind he goes across town all day everyday out on service calls. Some service calls take longer others don't so be mindful of that. Overall he is a nice guy and was able to fix my washer pretty fast. Beats waiting on warranty people to come out and make you wait, order a part then have to come back. He will come out and look at the appliance to see what is wrong for a reasonable fee, after that he gives you a price and you decide if you want it fixed or not. Give him a try."
